If you continue browsing and using this website, you are deemed a Client and agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions, which together with our privacy policy govern the relationship between Mexico Amazing Travels and you in relation to this site.

Acceptance of these Terms regulates the access and use of the Site and establishes a contractual relationship between the Client and Mexico Amazing Travels. If the Client does not accept these Terms and

Conditions, the Client may not access or use the Site, and Mexico Amazing Travels may terminate these Terms or any Services related to the Client or, in general, stop offering or deny access to the Site.

 

The content of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.

 

This site contains material that belongs to Mexico Amazing Travels or that we are licensed to use. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance, and graphics. Mexico Amazing Travels reserves the right to take photographs and videos during the trip or part of it, and to use the photographs and videos for the promotion of Mexico Amazing Travels' services. By booking, the users of the trip agree to allow their images to be used in such photographs and videos, as well as to provide their opinion regarding their trip and the quality of the service provided.

 

This site may include links to other websites. If included, these links are provided for the user’s convenience and to provide further information. This does not mean we endorse the websites. Mexico Amazing Travels has no responsibility for the content of the linked websites. It is not liable for the Services nor the development of the commercial relationship between them, as it serves solely as a facilitator of information and the commercial relationship between the User and the Authorized Third Parties.

Neither Mexico Amazing Travels nor the Authorized Third Parties provide any warranty as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, or completeness of the information found or offered on this site for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information may contain inaccuracies or errors, and we disclaim liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

 

Conditions

Reservation Procedures. The User must select the destination in Reservations. Click on the photo of the desired package. Select the desired date and complete the requested information: Full name, Age and date of birth of the travelers, Country of origin, City of origin, Passport number, Email, Contact phone number, Adult companions, Minor companions (if applicable), Destination, Package, and Date to schedule.

Make sure you have accepted the Terms and Conditions stated here. If you do not accept them or forget this step, the reservation will be canceled.

By accepting the terms and conditions of Mexico Amazing Travels, you will be able to access the Stripe Payments Gateway and make your payment.

​

Upon making your payment through Stripe Payments, you will receive an email with the QR code for your flight and that of your companions, along with recommendations for a successful flight.

​

Reservation Confirmation. Once we have your Travel Confirmation, the user will receive a reply email indicating the Airport, Airline, Departure time, Ticket (QR for boarding for each companion), reserved seats, airplane access gate, and confirmation of reception by our staff upon your arrival at the Destination. Make sure you and your companions have your passports on hand in case they are required. From that moment, our staff will escort you to the hotel and provide basic instructions for the tour.

 

Reservation dates are subject to availability, and if fully booked, you will always have the option to select another date.

Reservation Time Scheduling. To ensure your place and that of your companions, Mexico Amazing Travels requires that reservations be made at least 60 days in advance. This will allow for flight reservations, ticket purchases for special events and archaeological sites, restaurant and lodging reservations, all with security.

 

Reservation Cancellation. If you have made the payment and decide to cancel the trip, you have 15 calendar days to do so, but you accept that you will receive a 40% refund of the total since the reservation expenses indicated in the previous point have already been made, and 60% is considered compensation for expenses.

 

To cancel and receive the refund, you must first send an email to Mexico Amazing Travels informing us of your decision along with your bank details to process the refund transfer. Once the transfer of 40% of the total agreed upon is made, you will receive a bank deposit slip confirming the refund, and you agree that you have received it to your satisfaction and waive any further legal claims.

 

Cancellation After Trip Finalization. Mexico Amazing Travels must secure all services, including those indicated in the point (Reservation Time Scheduling), payment for transportation, lodging, meals, drivers, tour guides, medical insurance, special dinner service, and folkloric ballet.

 

For this reason, the deadline to cancel the trip with the right to a refund is 15 calendar days before the start of the trip. If you decide to cancel your trip after the first of those 15 days in advance, you agree that no refund will be issued. The 100% is considered compensation for expenses.

 

Substitution of persons in your trip. If any of your companions cannot travel, you may replace them with another person(s) as long as it does not exceed the number of reserved spots. Send an email to contact@mexicoamazingtravels.com notifying us of the change with the new names and ages of the persons who will replace the travelers. You have 15 calendar days to make this change, and the user will compensate Mexico Amazing Travels with 20% of the total trip per person as expenses incurred in replacing the flight ticket.

If you do not send a notification of the change in person(s) and make the corresponding deposit within the 15 calendar days, Mexico Amazing Travels will consider the reservation confirmed, and even if the number of persons is incomplete, the client agrees that paragraph two of the previous point (Cancellation After Trip Finalization) will apply.

Itinerary of the selected package. At Mexico Amazing Travels, we do not send improvised itineraries. Our Tour system is designed so that from the Website, you can analyze the itinerary according to the package you want. In the Destinations section, you will see the different destinations we offer.

When entering each destination, you will find the different travel packages, and within each package, the itinerary designed for that type of package. This advantage allows you to decide which package interests you, avoid unnecessary or sometimes non-existent charges, and most importantly, be certain of what you will receive at each destination and with each package even before making a decision.

Packages. Mexico Amazing Travels offers 2 packages at each of its Destinations.

• Basic Package: where you will enjoy the best and most significant aspects of the Destination. The days included depend on the Destination, and therefore the price.

• Culture and Adventure Package: where you can participate in adventure activities and locations, in addition to what is offered in the basic package for each Destination. The number of days included is greater than the Basic package, and therefore, the price is higher than that of the basic package.

Package Modalities. There are 3 modalities in the Basic and Culture and Adventure packages.

• Group: where tourists can travel under the Basic or Culture and Adventure package, sharing the trip with other tourists. The minimum number of tourists to form a Group is 8 people, and the maximum is 19 people. If the Group exceeds the capacity, another Group will be formed. The price of this modality is indicated on the Website.

• Personal and Customized: If the tourist wishes to travel under the Basic or Culture and Adventure package only with their partner or family. We offer this service from 1 person up to 4 people according to the vehicle's capacity for transfers to the sites. If the capacity is exceeded, another group will be formed. The price of this modality is indicated on the Website.

• Time for Seniors: Specially designed for seniors (aged 71 to 85) or retirees who want to calmly explore the highlights of the Basic or Culture and Adventure package. The price of this modality is indicated on the Website.

 

Package Prices. The prices and rates are indicated in each package and its modality on this Website.

When you make the payment for the selected package and modality, you do not need to make any extra payments (except for a name change for a companion); you have already covered the total cost of your trip.

Payment Methods. The user can pay for their trip using Stripe Payments from our Website.

 

About the Services. There are conditions for the services offered by Mexico Amazing Travels at all destinations.

• Flight: Each traveler is entitled to check in one suitcase. On the day of your departure at the Airport, it is important that you check your luggage at least 2 hours before departure and confirm with the counter staff your boarding pass and the gate number for the waiting room to avoid confusion. They will guide you on the direction to take. Upon receiving your flight details, Mexico Amazing Travels is not responsible if the user fails to arrive on time and misses the flight. However, your ticket is flexible, and if you miss the flight, you can request another flight at the check-in area at no additional cost. Please send an email to Mexico Amazing Travels notifying your flight change so that we can receive you upon arrival. Each traveler is entitled to check in one suitcase. When you make your reservation and upon depositing your payment, you will receive an email with important information for a successful flight.

• Transportation: The transportation units used by Mexico Amazing Travels are comfortable, safe, and insured. Any damage to the vehicles caused by the user or their companions is the user's responsibility, and they will be required to pay the deductible for the damage.

• Accommodation: Your reservation includes lodging and breakfasts. Any additional service offered by the hotel and used by you is at your own expense. This also applies if any damage is caused to the rooms by the user or their companions.

• Guides: The guides provided by Mexico Amazing Travels to travelers will give detailed explanations at all the sites visited during your stay. These guides are officially licensed and duly registered and authorized to practice their profession. Any dissatisfaction with their service should be reported to Mexico Amazing Travels for immediate resolution. All guides are bilingual, speaking English and Spanish. If Mexico Amazing Travels can provide a guide who also speaks French, German, or Italian, it will do so without this being a condition or obligation.

• Entry to Special Events: All tickets to archaeological sites and museums are included in your trip. Special events and traditional festivities are also included, provided the dates coincide with your trip. In both cases, if you invite someone outside your group of travelers, the cost of entry is at your expense.

• Purchase of Handicrafts: The staff of Mexico Amazing Travels will help you visit the best-quality handicraft shops, where you will receive an explanation of the craftsmanship, and if possible, you can interact by making your own craft. If you decide to buy a handmade item, Mexico Amazing Travels will not act as an intermediary to avoid any price increase; it will be a direct deal between you and the artisan. If possible, we will try to find a better price for you.

• Medical Support: In our destinations and packages, we include travel insurance with good coverage, including ambulance service and hospital transfer in case of accidents. To activate the Travel Insurance, it is important that you provide us with the Full Name, Date of Birth, Passport Number, Age, and Country of Origin for you and your companions. Without this information or if any data is missing, it will NOT be possible to insure you.

• Meals: Breakfasts and lunches are included in the package during your stay, for both you and your companions. If you decide to dine elsewhere outside the itinerary, the cost will be at your own expense.

• Parcel Support: If you have made purchases, especially of delicate items like handicrafts, Mexico Amazing Travels will assist with the transport and packaging of your items, but the shipping cost is your responsibility. Each item can weigh a maximum of 50 kilos. For a 5-day trip, 3 items per person are covered. For a 7-day trip, 5 items per person are covered. For a 10-day trip, 7 items per person are covered.

• Folkloric Festival: If the conditions at the destination allow it and it is possible to present a showcase of the folklore that characterizes the destination—its music, attire, dances, colors, and traditions—Mexico Amazing Travels will offer you an exclusive event as long as the tour is a group one.

• Farewell Dinner: It will always be pleasant to say goodbye with a special dinner. A good moment to enjoy and remember, courtesy of Mexico Amazing Travels.

Languages During the Trip: Our website is available in English, Spanish, German, Italian, and French so that anyone interested can learn about our services, the destinations we offer, and how we provide these services.

This is a courtesy we extend to encourage travelers to discover Mexico with us, but detailed information or specific inquiries made through our email will be provided in English or Spanish. Additionally, during your trip, if we do not have a guide who speaks languages other than the two mentioned, this will apply as well.

 

Legal Foundations

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions: By accepting these Terms and Conditions, users expressly waive any claims, lawsuits, or legal proceedings against Mexico Amazing Travels, as well as any related or affiliated individuals, including but not limited to directors, agents, representatives, administrators, employees, and shareholders, past or present, for any acts arising from or related to the use of the site and the services, or any service derived from such use.

 

Industrial Property and Copyright: Mexico Amazing Travels authorizes its clients to use the site exclusively under the terms expressed herein, without granting clients any license, authorization, or rights different from those mentioned above regarding the industrial property and copyrights of Mexico Amazing Travels, including trademarks registered and used in Mexico or abroad by Mexico Amazing Travels; rights over inventions (patented or not), industrial designs, utility models, confidential information, trade names, secrets, trade notices, rights reservations, domain names; as well as all kinds of property rights over works and creations protected by copyright and other forms of industrial or intellectual property recognized or that may be recognized by the corresponding laws.

Clients acknowledge and agree that Mexico Amazing Travels is the legitimate owner or has the necessary rights in the site, including trade names, registered trademarks, service marks, logos, domain names, and others of Mexico Amazing Travels, as they are distinctive brand features contained therein, whether those rights are registered or not. These rights may exist anywhere in the world and are protected by international copyright laws and industrial property laws and treaties.

Therefore, the client agrees that the trademarks of Mexico Amazing Travels cannot be copied, reproduced, modified, published, uploaded, transmitted, or distributed in any way. Except as provided in this document, Mexico Amazing Travels does not grant clients any express or implied rights under any patents, copyrights, trademarks, or trade secrets. Clients acknowledge and agree that the site and all its designs are and will always remain the property of Mexico Amazing Travels.

 

Authorization of Comments: When clients provide feedback to Mexico Amazing Travels regarding the functionality of the site, performance (including identifying possible errors and improvements), experiences, and opinions about the services, clients, as a result, authorize Mexico Amazing Travels to use the expressed comments without restriction. This shall not be considered as a moral right for clients to demand any participation or monetary compensation or restrictions on the use of such comments for exploitation by Mexico Amazing Travels.

 

Digital, Electronic, and Printed Communication Form: The client agrees that the agreement with Mexico Amazing Travels is in a digital, electronic, or online format, where it will suffice to express their will by accepting the Terms and Conditions and providing personal data, the information requested on the site, and the travel reservation without requiring a signature on any document. Likewise, the client agrees that a printed version of these Terms and Conditions and any communication sent and received electronically will be admissible as evidence in any judicial or administrative proceedings.

 

Modification and Update of Terms and Conditions of Use of the Site: Mexico Amazing Travels reserves the right to modify and update the terms and conditions of use of the site at any time. If any point contained in these Terms and Conditions is determined to be ineffective, inadequate, or unenforceable, it may be severed from this document, and the remainder will continue in full force and effect to the greatest extent permitted by law.

 

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction: In all matters related to the interpretation and compliance with this agreement, the client agrees to submit to the federal laws of Mexico and the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mexico City, waiving any other jurisdiction that, by reason of their present or future domiciles, may correspond to them.

 

Final Agreement: The client acknowledges and agrees that Mexico Amazing Travels has provided them with all the necessary information to understand the scope and features of the site and its services. Therefore, the client declares that they have analyzed the characteristics of the site and agree with them.
